Shipping Terms and Condition

For any single purchase below 2 cases of water of any size, there is a HK$50 basic delivery charge to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.

For any single purchase of 2 cases or above, we will provide free basic delivery!

For any monthly subscription plan, we will provide free basic delivery!

In addition to basic delivery:

An Additional HK$150 will be charged to all Outlying Islands (including Park Island) delivery;

Parking fee would be charged to customer by our delivery personnel (if applicable);

HK$10 per case per floor will be charged to the customer for buildings without elevators and/or escalators by our delivery personnel.

Once we receive your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange delivery details.

If case of adverse weather conditions during scheduled delivery (such as Typhoon Signal 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning), we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule any arranged delivery.
